i mean lemmy.world server is in germany, but the guy who runs it is dutch so probably has a pretty open policy with freedom of speech i would imagine. And i mean real freedom of speech not the dog whistle for being a dick/racist/phobe

lemmy.ml have been turning their registration off and on in order to handle influxes of accounts and give themselves time to upgrade their servers to handle more people.
Having said that, you already have a lemmy.world account and can subscribe/comment/post/ upvote downvote any community in lemmy.ml with it.
