why are the needs of the citizens of another country more important than the needs of the citizens of his own country?

It’s just another example showing how little real difference there is between republican and democrat representatives. It’s a class war and too few are paying attention. The haves are making the world better for themselves at the cost of the have-nots.

To whom then, is the military beholden? That anyone can just pay the US military is beyond belief. Congress, where are you? Stand up to this insanity.

I get that the NY Times and others want to have subscribers, but it seems reports of this sort serve the public interest and should be available without a paywall/login.

Fuck Unilever. They’ve made the list of companies I will not give my money to.

I also had a problem a few years ago with Tutanota and when I emailed for help, no response. I just gave up and accepted that those emails were lost forever. I now have Protonmail and I’ve been happy with them.

They also lowered the number of simultaneous access from 3 to 2. I cancelled my subscription immediately. They can make those profits off someone else.

That's a good argument. I would say election results, not the commentary/analysis should be freely available. It says at the bottom of the graphic that the results are from the AP. Perhaps there's some extra value analysis included in the NY Times article.

Funnily enough, I had already installed Mint to test the SSD and it formatted no problems and installed. I reformatted it back to one partition to install Windows first and then later will put Linux back on in a dual boot. Thanks.
