Cheap energy being framed as some kind of problem is a great demonstration of why we need a free press that isn't solely owned by billionaires
Classic conservative move, they immediately understand the problem when it applies to them but cannot or will not generalise to others
Defed every corporation. McDonald's starts an instance? Fuck off and fix your ice cream machine. Gabe Newell starts a Steam instance? No Gabe, go make half life 3. Make all these suits federate each other and see if anyone wants to talk on their shit.
Does anyone else have the feeling that Ukraine is safer with no deal?
All these stories about zoomers not knowing how to do computer stuff is making me want to write a fantasy world where magic is prevalent but most people do not bother to know how it works or question it beyond its surface applications, despite it being the basis for all military and economic might.
Well I wanted to write that, but then I realized I was talking about FMA: Brotherhood.
"Trump's as bad as people are afraid he is, but I could never compromise my values so much that I'd vote for a centre right neoliberal."
Anyone who feels this way is an actual nazi
This is the energy Anonymous is supposed to have. I still fondly recall the work they did on Scientology.
Sometimes I feel like I was the only one who remembered that this is what it was like the last time he was in office. Just every day some fresh hell, like a treadmill of anger and grief until the only real reason to protest is so that they don't drive you permanently numb.

Edit to add: I know that it is currently only a plan. I do not need to bicker with anyone about this.
It's supposed to be that insurance converts inherent risk into a predictable cost, but health insurance is not really doing that. The costs remain unpredictable.
Who could possibly vote against not having a king? I'll go get my surprised face ready.
Again we see CEOs have solidarity with their class.
Something to think about.
On the contrary, this speaks directly to their target audience
Most disappointing line in the sand ever.
Ten years ago was the time to flip out about fascism. I can't believe some people are still telling us "wait for it...!"
In grim twist, corporate media tries to guilt people out of having hope
The last one didn't work, so that makes sense
Good god, why is he a free man
Yeah it's like all her ugliness moved to the inside
I wish films became open source after a short period, that is, I want to see studios eventually release all their archival materials for every film so that fans can release their own cuts. Eventually it'd just be normal to see perfected versions of films. As cultural norms change the work can be tailored or lampooned to stay relevant and valuable.
I will become a director. What are we filming? A vivid erotic fantasy in which a group of normal but interesting and emotionally stable people show up, reliably, to a weekly tabletop RPG night.
He's laughing at them. He feels so safe.
