As long as they understand those electricians and plumbers should be charging them 5-10x what they are charging now. If their AI can't do it, it's gone from blue collar to bespoke work.

Well you definitely can't let it leave after hitting you, it's got to remain at the scene to exchange insurance information. Hit and runs should be treated the same as a delivery driver hitting someone then leaving the scene.

If you use an adhesive bandage, you can position it so it doesn't get glue on the lens (if you ever actually use it).

Sounds like an awesome setup, but I'll stick with remembering the IP:port, its just easier for me to remember numbers than whatever words I used when I set it up.

Plus he is 100% compromised, there is no way they don't have blackmail on him. Given his (the shitbirds) history, both recent and ancient, I wonder what type of blackmail would actually change the minds of his supporters or convince the US to actually pursue justice on his stained ass.

Makes sense, I do something similar but just for things I want to access externally. I started adding some internal only ones but ultimately decided I was too lazy to remember the names and already knew the IPs/ports.

I'm just curious about the reason for both a reverse proxy and wireguard? If using a proxy (Nginx/etc), I would expect it to be exposed to the internet.

I'd definitely be calling a couple of my wheelchair bound brothers. I'm sure they'd be up for seeing how fast they could crash into it... Maybe not all of them but Dave would, Dave would absolutely ram right into it multiple times (he really doesn't like not having access to a crosswalk).

There is also the other path... Use the sensors they are installing everywhere, it's not like security is a feature on most of these cameras.

If you aren't a fan of RustDesk, one alternative that I've used a bit is Remotely (https://github.com/immense/Remotely). Me and a few people were using it but most of them went to RustDesk.

If RustDesk doesn't do what you need, Remotely worked great for me and helping a few family members (though probably a bit more features than you may need).

Yeah, that would have been a no-brainer for most people, but he also mentioned paying by debit card which seems like a bit risky too.

I'd trade all the WhatsApp, etc for a mobile hotspot. I can't pre-order on principal but after this phone it's a strong runner up!

Haha... That was my honest response when my wife told me about her coworker doing it. I believe she was Columbian and it was just the way she liked it.

Nah, I think that was part of the terms of Brexit, given more people in the EU speak it than in Briton they get to claim the weird spellings... At least they let the Brits keep there combined use of metric and imperial.

/s if it wasn't obvious

I'd probably give it a shot if I end up around one (I thought for sure horchata would be gross but then was pleasantly surprised). It just seems odd to drink coffee cold, I've never liked coldbrew or the cold ones from Starbucks/Costa.
