Good(?) news! You can spend almost that much for the 2TB with a controller.
@lemmy.world
Yeah, the dog murderer obviously and blarantly did that with that stupid ad depicting her on a horse.
Some More News' recent episode on maga morons seeing a sliver of concequences was kinda satisfying - seeing a serious person confront Kristi about where the fuck the money went was chefs kiss. The DOGE guys were also hilarious in such a terrible way. It isn't often a Some More News episode is so positive, it was kinda nice for a change.
If this goes live, I'm out. YT premium is my most expensive subscription, but I watch enough YouTube that I'm OK with it, especially considering that it supports creators more than ad viewers. If I still get ads? Nah dawg. I'll divy up that money amongst patreons or whatever, and install add blockers.
As someone who spent $150-$200 on the Xbox Elite controller just to get the rear paddles, $100 for this with the rear buttons and the track pads seems like no problem at all. Imo it's incredibly fairly priced as compared to the competition, considering the features and emphasis on repairability.
I still surf both. Unpopular, I know, but Lemmy does not yet have the super niche communities that barely exist on reddit.
Imo, it's about the same. Some subs have gotten worse, some have gotten better, but that's how it's always been.
As a tech nerd who self hosts stuff, I'm more like "what is IPV6 and why is it causing me issues, I can't figure this out, I guess I'll disable it, wow my problems are fixed now."
I guess I can see why people don't like it, as it's caused me issues, but just because I don't understand it doesn't mean it's dumb. I'd need to understand how it works before I could say anything about it, positive or negative. I guess all I could say is that it's been way less intuitive to me, I can't memorize the numbers, and the reason it exists makes sense. Beyond that, I unno.
I should probably spend the time to learn about it, but I already have a full time job where I work on computers all day, I'd rather focus on my other hobbies while I'm at home.
Liked this enough to go find the creator. Sharing a link to their work, unlike OP.
thanks for using Leebra!
