I often play female characters and occasionally have the same experienced.

Recently i started a new game, someone helped me with something that I thought would take like two minutes, but it went on and on and he was friendly and helped me further. When we were finished after at least an hour, he said something which made it obvious he thought that I was a woman. I corrected him and he said "oh, lol" and immedeatly left the group. So fucking weird.

It's also funny to me because i never even look at usernames, neither in games or reddit, lemmy, etc. don't know why, but I just skip over it. So I don't even come to think who the person might be. Only when I'm in a group and have adress someone specifically I read what the names are.

Detroit: Becoming Human, you can make the endless decisions together Live is Strange, as others already said

I head to look at it for a good minute to figure out what else it could be. lol

You don't even need to do that, still works without doing anything.

In case you didn't know, you can restore windows under History-->Recently closed windows.

But it affects my experience on the platform, even if I don't care about it myself. When people make posts and comments for the karma and not because they think their input is useful then the platform will suck.

Yep, that's the reason why infinity still works. Seems like they gave the devs who want to continue some time to figure it out.

It's a custom rom thing, when you never use stock roms you tend to forget what's stock and what's not.

Very annyoing that stock android doesn't have this feature.

If I remember correctly it's a drop in replacement for the Dark Sky API.

Or you aren't someone that woman deem as safe to talk to about this.

Sexual harassment and sexual violence happen all over the world and in every industry. Just think about how many people react when they hear something like this and that will make it clear why the victims often don't talk to anyone (or only a few people they see as safe) about this.

If you never saw something anywhere close to this and you've NEVER been told something like this by a friend the chances are pretty high that they just never told you.

Sure that depends on what exactly you mean by "anything close to this", but when you look up sexual harrasment statistics it's pretty much impossible.

Also there is the possibility that you read those situations very differently, as you said some people are blind to it so you should consider the possibility that you are blind to it yourself.

I think you have to be logged in in Redlauncher to get some extra stuff (missions, cosmetics, etc.). Also some Twitch exclusive stuff.

Oh yeah that too. 😂

Because all the apps that where the devs said that they want to continue still work, I think they got some kind of deal with a new deadline to figure it out or something.

I wouldn't say that she waited, an endless amount of woman and people in general will experience similar things and the public will never know about it.

There is a good chance she took the only opportunity to tell the public what happened to her.

Making this comment because I think it's important to be careful with language when we talk about stuff like this.
