I believe that's a good and a bad thing. I mean, Microsoft can't run this as bad as current Activition's boss are doing it. We may see a gain in the respect Activision gives to it's players. I think Microsoft is better than Sony to manage exclusivity and there is less hypocrisy.

On the other side ... that's a fucking big chunk of the gaming industry that goes to one player. If Microsoft wants to shit on every playstation players from now on, they will be able to do it and that's not good.

I don't think that'll help Microsoft sell more console than Sony anytime soon. Most players already chose their system and the ecosystem of back catalog and all makes switching from one to another a losing situation.

J'crois que c'est un mélange de tout ça. Y'a beaucoup d'étudiant qui ne vive plus en colocation aussi. Avant c'était fréquent qu'on soit 4-5 mais astheure les gens aiment être 1 ou 2 seulement.

Les permis de ville sont cher. Les gens qui habite autour des zones de construction de bloc chiale toujours "Ça va être bruyant ! Ça va me couper mon soleil ! J'aurai pu d'intimité !".

En plus on l'a vu avec les gros trouble de condo, les plex construit pour "pas trop cher" sont construit en marde par des compagnies de construction 3x en faillite auparavant pas fiable qui coupe les coins ronds.

Un vrai plex ça coute cher pis ça a de la difficulté à être financé.

Oh yeah that was my favorite game when it came out. I also had a book that was narrated as the player and that explained the puzzles as the narrator was discovering them. It contained so many drawings and lore.
