So what if the rich leave? They're not paying taxes, who needs them? The need for vendors and contractors doesn't go away when the wealthy leave. The economy goes on. Someone will take their place and pay taxes and not bitch about it so much.

Is this not the perfect encapsulation of the Trump regime. Awards a no-bid contract to a crony to fix a problem that doesn't exist, makes it 10x worse, blames Democrats and Obama, calls in the National Guard, then demands more money to fix their own mistakes.
That was the one topic that always baked my noodle at DoE. In animal tests the low dose group consistently outlived the controls. I wanted to write papers on the topic but consistently got shot down. The upper tiers were worried about public perception of "radiation can be good" papers.
We also have to get involved. Our congressman, who takes hundreds of thousands from AIPAC and lives outside the area he represents, ran unopposed because I didn't find out he didn't have a challenger until it was too late to file. Local Dems should have been ready to pounce on him but nada. Had I been more involved, might have been able to primary him. At least make him go on the record about where he lives and the Israel money.
Spent the last couple weeks moving my stuff off Chrome. Not convenient but well worth the effort. If you're not on Chrome they're doing us a favor. Sites will be less likely to target ad blockers if the majority of users don't have them installed.
thanks for using Leebra!
