We had a referendum on ranked choice voting (referred to as AV at the time) here in the UK some years ago. The campaign against it was shocking. Well funded and extremely vocal. Bizarre lies and misinformation.

Linux has built in drivers for most shit with no account necessary. Logitech (for example) has a third party app called Solaar that does everything Logitechs own crappy mouse/keyboard software does.
Getting away from the endless hassle of popups and drivers was my biggest motivation for switching to Linix way back in 2008.
Just for context, this is in the UK so the officer WILL be prosecuted and punished accordingly.
It is worth noting that other officers at the scene had a broken nose and other injuries before this happened. It doesn't excuse what he does but there's certainly a lot more to the story here.
