It use to be video games and movies taking the blame. Now it's websites. When are we going to decide that people are just bat shit crazy and guns need some form of regulation?

It happens quite often. I'm a paramedic and have responded to scenes numerous times where the patient was only hit in the face once and died. I actually remember, years ago, it happened two shifts in a row in the same parking lot. There was a bar there that commonly had fights outside after it closed. Both times, people told me the person was punched in the face only one time. One of the two he was laying in the grass, so it wasn't even like he bashed his head on the pavement after.
Here is a source for you.

I'm more wondering why someone would spend that much on a damn bike. I bought my car for 15k of course that was in 2010 but I'm still driving it to this day. Toyota Corolla before anyone asks.
Edit: I just realized this was posted under fuck cars and now I feel like a dick comparing it to the price of my car. It wasn't intentional but still holy shit that's still a stupid amount of money to spend on a bike. Like how can you even justify that price? It has to be a completely insane amount of markup.
Somewhat related, during my time working in an ER, we had a dedicated family viewing room where grieving families could gather after a loved one's passing. On one occasion, a young man arrived as a suspected overdose. One of the nurses, seeing his youth, went above and beyond to make him appear more dignified before the family's arrival, even propping up the head of his bed. When I came in to bag the body for transport after they had all left, lowering the head of the bed caused his legs to flop into the air. You can imagine how challenging it was to fit a body into a body bag when it's shaped like an L.
Anyone have a suggestion for a alternative simple light weight podcast app for android?
Edit: I installed antennapod and it's exactly what I was looking for. Very light weight and even open source. Thank you for all the suggestions.
Wasn't really all that long ago when non-black people very commonly used that word in public and probably still so in certain communities. Having said that, obese is a medical term and I don't think it compares in anyway to the n-word.
thanks for using Leebra!
