Yeah. It is kind of a double-edged sword. The changes led to closer racing during races, but seasons with little rule changes lead to better championship battles. Hopefully it won't take 7 years for others to catch up so we get a 2021-like season again, but this time with even better on-track racing.

Does anyone know what exactly were the changes that he suggested? The articles mentioned something about chassis and cockpit placement?
