I think this might be some kind of recurring "daycare" or maladaptive fantasy that keeps playing out in her imagination. There are certainly steps she could take to keep herself safe. But because she doesn't, she feels powerless and then blames OP for her perceived lack of safety. OP cannot be responsible for her safety 24/7. That is an unfair expectation to have of anyone.

Imagine you're an author and you pay an editor $3000 and all they do is run your manuscript through ChatGPT. One, they didn't provide any value because you could have done the same thing for free; and two, if they didn't disclose the use of AI, you wouldnt even know your novel had been fed into one and might be used by the AI for training.
