Citizen have a right to access to knowledge and to educate themselves unter their circumstanses. But of course the Infrastructur cost money and this should always be a discurse between all parties. And not been dictated by major companies.

Mindwandering while conversation/ sex was always annoying to me. I never understood why i am doing this and how to turn it off, cause "everyone else seems to get it right" and they made me feel bad for it.

It is crucial to give kids knowledge that they are not wrong. That they are not weird. That they know everything is okay and their parents are here guiding them. AND they need to know that other people are not weird so they can learn empathy.

We give kids less money because companies exploid them. Kids don't know their rights and adulds are telling them their not worthy of something like human rights. In most countries childlabor is illegal cause companies will abuse every person that can't defent themself.

Mistakes are part of a normal human being but work tells us we need to fit, so the big tech giant don't lose dome of their money.

Mostly you are right, of course it depence on the country. a lot of institutes are tax funded, but the cost can't be covered just with that. Rent, wages, special rooms for the heritage... the new competitor is everything digital: a homepage, a database, social media. Museums need all of that to stay relevant. but the budget stays the same.

(And of course we depent on open data, to reduce thr dependence on big tech companies)

The war has shown how fragile this is. Cost of electricity had boomt, but there is no room to reduce it. Paintings, glas, it all needs their own temperature. But explain that to someone who is just Management. We scientist/ academics have a weak basis for negotiation, when the administration wants to save money. In my country cultural heritage is clearly not a priority, that leads to institutes having no money and losing relevance. Which is dangerous for the variety of knowledge.

Hm. Mir gefällt leider nicht der Fokus des Artikels auf das einzelne Individuum. Es klingt so, als sei man selbst schuld, als könne man aus Unfähigkeit heraus alte Muster nicht durchbrechen und müsse einfach wegrennen, wenn sich gleiche Muster wieder etablieren.

Aber die Perspektive auf das Umfeld wird dabei ignoriert. Wenn eine Frau beispielsweise immer wieder zu hören bekommt, sie sei hysterisch und überemotional, wenn sie von Problemen mit ihrem Partner berichtet? Dann ist sie alleine mit ihrem Problem und kann sich keine Unterstützung holen. Wenn sie ihren Partner verlässt, sie ihre Wohnung verliert, vielleicht keine andere Arbeit nach der Zeit der Kindererziehung finden... dann ist das einfach ihr Mindset.

Es gibt reale soziale Abhängigkeiten. Reale soziale Probleme. Es gibt männliche und weibliche Sozialisierung. Die kann man nicht mit dem passenden Mindset ändern. Man muss aktiv etwas daran ändern, wie wir alle mit Beziehungen und miteinander umgehen. Nicht nur eine einzige Person.

Alles richtig, keine Kritik dazu. Gleichzeitig willst du aber eine Photovoltaikanlage haben und die deutsche Behörde behandelt dich als Privatperson genau so wie RWE, weil du 3 Kilowattstunden ins Stromnetz einspeist. Dann willst du mit der Bahn fahren, aber deine Strecke kostet dich 2 stunden statt ner halben weil Bauarbeiten, Personen im Gleis und ein quiddishhh spiel zusammen stattfinden.

Es gäbe Möglichkeiten, einen Wandel sozialverträglich zu machen. Aber dieser sollte dann aber auch nicht sabotiert werden vom diversen wichtigen Stellen

It is not the problem but a problem. I grew up in a western country and everyone told me, there is no need for feminism anymore. It took me years to understand that's a lie, but if you simply don't know were to get informations... if you are told feminist now are hysterics so you don't seek their help/advise... there is nothing left than to recreate the things you are told.

Cause if you get yourself educated you can easy become social isolated.

Ich stimme dir zu. Es ist peinlich. Meine Bank kann digital mehr als der öD in seiner Gesamtheit. Und jeder, der für den öD in dem Bereich tätig ist, arbeitet mit Hochdruck an den Themen. Aber es gibt so viele Baustellen und so viele Konflikte. Und die Bürger*innen sind die Leittragenden.

3 Millionen ist so ca. das, was eine Großstadt für seine IT-Infrastruktur ausgibt. dieser Betrag für ganz Deutschland ist lächerlich. Die Ausgaben der Behörden für IT wächst, aber das Budget nunmal nicht. Das sorgt dann für ganz unangenehme Streichungen... 😮‍💨
