Airbnb said he had been warned for violating its terms and told he would be removed if there was another similar report. The company told him that it could not verify the images he submitted as part of his complaint.

Um, yes you can, those are verifiably altered images and this is verifiably criminal fraud. Now stop beating around the bush, grow a spine and take some direct action. Cowards.

2 removals and an edit, all 3 pertaining to things Trump's trying to bully his way into existence. Complete accident though.

Oh, they're still missing hours later? That's weird...

Don't worry, they're gonna eat themselves doing shit just like this. It's not a matter of if, but when.

"AI" has it's uses (medicine, engineering, etc.), but 99.99% of the snake oil they're selling are just gimmicky cash grabs. Classic cases of Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Let them burn their money, I say. Fuck it. Just sit back and enjoy the fire.

Being a fan of The Expanse this is really cool. It really puts the size of a lot of the moons and dwarf planets from the series into perspective. Ganymede for example, was used by pregnant mothers in the outer-system because it was large enough to still have an active core and thus a magnetosphere. Shielding the surface from a lot of radiation. Their main food crops were grown there for the same reason.

Io, Callisto, Europa, Eris, Titan, Ceres, and a few others all make appearances too. It's an amazing series, for those who haven't read/seen it, whether you read the books or watch the show.

This whole thing is a shit show. From the cops lying on the report about him reaching for a knife, which the cellphone video shows clearly didn't happen, to the State Attorney writing it off and the Sheriff going full DARVO during the press conference.

Sheriff's Full Press Conference and Bodycam Footage

Notes:

  1. The sheriff was in church when the story broke, so it inconvenienced him during his Good Boy time.
  2. The victim should have filed a complaint so the Sheriff's Office could do things The Right Way (aka. get ahead of the story).
  3. The unannounced public release of the cellphone video was intended to hurt the Sheriff's Office reputation (no shit). Implying they're the real victims here.

Yup, even the ban on alcohol is still an amendment (the 18th). It's just cancelled out by the 21st.

There's your problem. All that grass makes for a terrible child sacrifice during their pedo parties. The blood soaks right in and you never get a chance to collect it for the Sangria mix.

It's ego and they actually think they can win against cheat makers. But like it or not, there will always be cheats, for the same reason there will always be cracked copies of their games.

If it runs, it can be cracked. -An old 0day saying

PS - Just let us have our own dedicated servers again. Then we can just banhammer a bitch, instead of relying on a stupid lobby vote system and a report button.

As a long time Frontline, NOVA and News Hour watcher: Fuck these people. They're literally killing some of the best investigative and science journalism we have. They're clearly just trying to make this country dumber under the guise of cleaning up the budget.

It's the marketing hypertrain in action. The only real advantages Tesla ever had were their motors (the one designed by the 2 real Tesla founders) and their deal with Panasonic, which allowed them to manufacture batteries in house, bringing down the cost. The car itself was just a plastic shell for the two.

That time has now come and gone. All the other auto companies make competing, if not better motors, and all the other battery companies are also making "tabless" batteries. BMW is even rocking true solid-state batteries in some of their newer cars.

Oh, and the dumpster fire that they call "self-driving". Can't forget about that.

Okay, now we're into the actual Nazi shit. This is so fucked.

Just gonna add this too...

The Fourteenth Amendment does not provide any procedure for revocation of United States citizenship. The Supreme Court in Afroyim v. Rusk held that loss of 14th-Amendment-based U.S. citizenship is possible only under the following circumstances:

  1. Fraud in the naturalization process. Technically this is not loss of citizenship, but rather a voiding of the purported naturalization and a declaration that the immigrant never was a U.S. citizen.
  2. Voluntary relinquishment of citizenship. This may be accomplished either through renunciation procedures specially established by the State Department or through other actions (e.g., treason) that demonstrate an intention to give up U.S. citizenship. Such an act of expatriation must be accompanied by an intent to terminate United States citizenship.

I'm honestly hoping for a repeat. Hopefully Microsoft goes down this time too, since they're heavily into AI. Twitter, Meta, Google and Amazon too. It's really just the worst of the worst.

He's very well spoken too, just has a natural authority in his voice and never fumbles over words. In fact, he was supposed to teach one of those microchipped monkeys Quantum Physics. But he's been so busy lately, that'll have to be one of his later Gifts to Humanity.

Receiving a grant doesn't mean that they're beholden to the grantor or automatically make their opinions propaganda. That's like saying Mr. Rogers was a propagandist for teaching kids to be kind to one another because PBS receives federal grant money.

This is actually really cool. I would check it out next time I'm out traveling. But I can't seem to find whether they're open to the public or do tours or not. No observatory or restaurant on the top floor either, that I can find.

Guess it's time to start "looking at office space" in the Tulsa area :P

You're thinking of FreeDUMB, where you're allowed to believe whatever you want. But Trump has to approve the position first (as stated) and it has to be the opposite of whatever the data/proof clearly shows. It's like the Wish.com version of FreedomTM, but that's geared more toward Teaparty Gun Nuts and Libertarian Potheads.

Edit: Huge caveat I forgot about. Joe Rogan also has the ability to dictate FreeDUMB positions. So long as the guest making the claim (1) has no degrees and (2) they're being suppressed by The Establishment. Also, Jamie has to be able to Google some random website that agrees with them in under 25 seconds.
