There's a trick that always works if they're looking at you, even if you're in a crowd.

You just have to look down and in front of you. Like looking at the ground where you're gonna take the next 2-3 steps. Never look at them.

You can even use this while zigzagging in a crowd of people that are all going the opposite direction to you, as long as they can see you looking at the ground, they'll move.

They must think you're not paying attention or something and since they don't want to bump into you, and you're always telegraphing where you'll go, they always move.

I thought I was reading the onion for a second there, had to do a double take. Bowser is an insufferable idiot.

This is terrible news, anyone know of alternatives to let's encrypt?

Enshitification. I don't think you know what that word means.

Man, I've seen many attempts that don't go off the rails enough, but this one is just... Chef's kiss.

Star Trek: Klingon Academy

You can get it on some abandonware sites nowadays, and there's even a mod to send commands to the crew with your voice.

I guess he's referring to this

That was excellent.

Hadn't seen this, thanks.

It's just as true today as it was 8 years ago.

Played the first one, but on the steam deck. It was quite an enjoyable game. I've also been looking forward to playing the second one, so now's a good chance!

I agree completely, also, that Teotihuacán link was a fascinating read, thank you for that.

It just works, so that's why I use it.

I've been using it on a desktop for more than a year now.

Never experienced that bug you mention but once the power went out during an update and it didn't want to boot, so I just chose the second option at boot and it's never failed again. Maybe something strange happened in your case, you should try it again.
