It really was something else. I never quite got into the crafting, but going to the cities to strike up conversation with the smiths to get my gear repaired or other services I needed from the people playing crafters was an experience I've never really seen anywhere else. Everything and everyone had their place in that game world.

I loved UO when I was a kid, but I am not sure I could ever have the patience and dedication needed for such a game these days. Still though, so many fond memories from the Europa and Drachenfels servers. Would be amazing to relive, but can by brain handle it these days?

I wouldn't even consider graduating in school as a sign of intelligence. It sure helps to be intelligent, but it's not necessary.

I have family members who have not been able to ignore a single ad. Ads are by definition predatory. Some of us being able to tune them out to a large degree just means we're not the prey they're looking for.

I forget the name of the movie, but I do recall a swedish movie that was little more than a horror movie about a kid at a boarding school. I wish I remembered which one it was.

Breaking Bad for me. I just can't stand it and find the characters and the situations just unpleasant and undesireable to watch.

I hate buying anything for this reason. Always end up down some rabbit hole researching the product I am looking at, comparing it to other similar things, looking up peoples experiences with each one. Searching for information on it is always such a pain, the results on search engines are just places that have a financial interest in selling it to you.

I played it around the time the edition with DLC included came out. Though I was definitely on an old patch I think, I rarely connected my ps4 to my network unless I knew there was a patch or update I needed for something. I sold the ps4 and the games I had awhile ago however. I may give it a go on shadps4 eventually instead, I really do want to play it at some point.

It would be Dark Souls 2 for me. Dark Souls 1 has an excellent map, Dark Souls 3 I felt the combat system got a lot better with. Elden Ring was okay and quite fun to explore with it's open world. While not exactly a souls game, Sekiro is still FromSofts best game however. Bloodborne I have just never played, it couldn't maintain even 30 FPS on my ps4 and it was nothing but a headache inducing mess.

He clearly didn't get the guidance he needed when he was younger, but he is trying and asking questions. He is on the right path.

I am not entirely sure that is a Vista thing. I recall repairing and reinstalling 95, 98 and XP for less tech savvy friends for this same reason.

One of my teachers took us out hunting once. Shot a hare. We were there for every part of that journey from the hunt to it being on the plate and eaten. I definitely learned a lot from that.

I came here for this post. I've worked a lot with cockroaches as an extension of working with animals to which cockroaches are a great source of nutrition and food... Actually dealing with the cockroaches required facial masks, because you do not want to breathe in the crap that ends up in their enclosure when cleaning. As said in your post, allergies and respiratory issues can happen.
