I pirated more in the past than I do now. Big difference is that I can now afford it to pay for games.

Currently I'm more a retro games pirate. Older games are pretty much harmless to pirate.

You pirate with the intention to buy. IMO you're one of the best possible pirates. A lot of people might never purchase a game unless it's really necessary for online play or something.

Loot boxes are loot boxes.. as long as you don't know what you're getting then it's literally a gamble.

So the game is done and could be released earlier. But just let people give some FOMO and pay extra so they can play "sooner".

Sometimes I just wish games were like in the past. They released a full game, get some patches to improve. Throw in some extras for free if you're lucky. And DLC were actual expansion packs that could practically be a whole new game.

Yeaa that sucks. You can always try to contact Microsoft and tell them you bought the game on the wrong account. With a little luck they are able to transfer the game to the other account.

Yes, you can host/join an online session with a friend and play like you did with the link cable.

So online TCG sessions are possible. Also trading and even Card Pop! that only worked through the infra red is functional.

Likely the latter. RiF probably uses the free x amount of uses of the API while logged in users are directly seen as "premium" API users.

Create a session with a friend both be on the main menu. Then both select card pop and you're done. You'll both get a random card.

With a lot of luck you'll get one of the 2 rare cards that were exclusive to the game.

You can only pop once with a friend until you popped with 15 other people after. After that the first ID is overwritten and your friend will be seen as new.

Yes then it's not for you. Game pass is more for the active players that play a lot of games. If you at least play and finish a game each month, even each 2 months then it's simply cheaper to have Game Pass instead of buying the games (if you're going to play new AAA on release day)

I do think it's time though. The Switch has a very good run but it's showing its age. Time for a much better version to keep up with the new stuff

I hope this stuff will follow through worldwide because when looking at Belgium some devs simply decide to not release their games anymore.

I'm all for banning loot boxes but we are a small country and easy to simply not release a game.

If US has a ban, then I'm sure devs will change stuff around
