I follow the Marcus House and every day astronaut YouTube channels. Perhaps having a collated list of the various YouTube personalities following starbase and starship updates would be a useful first step resource.

So one thing this experience has made me realize is that reddit didn't always keep me up on what I could consider interesting news.

I have an RSS feed setup of about 55 feeds. I would keep scrolling on reddit because I'd want to keep trying to find those interesting articles in a haystack but I think I may have reached overstauration on subreddits that I'd have to scroll through a lot of junk.

With rss feeds set to update once a day, once I reach the end of my feeds I now feel more comfortable saying I'm done wasting time for the day trying to keep up with the feeds.

It does mean though that I have to find other ways to waste those 5 to 15 mins of down time waiting on an elevator or waiting on a coffee if I've read through the news of the day. I've returned to wordle and now the mini crossword from NYTimes.

If nothing else, this has made me realize I don't need to keep endlessly scrolling to pass the time.

Make a tasty pesto (pine nuts optional) sauce to top the pasta of your choice

2 cups fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons pine nuts (or walnuts) 2 large cloves garlic ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Lime juice to taste

The only spec I care about is knowing if it supports micro SD cards

Definitely going to be growing pains, but always follow the nerds. Hehe. What sold me on Lemmy or whatever these fediverse connections are was the fact that /r/startrek moved to a Lemmy site.

This android one seems decent.

My niche subreddit is dedicated to pebble watches, but thankfully, they also have a discord community that was started before the reddit fallout.

Do you know where one can find a link to those pictogragh images to build/test status for starship/booster? I found those as a clean hud of shipset build stats easily digested. Not sure who created them though I always enjoyed seeing them when they popped up on reddit

Can you give us an option to load links into our default web browser

That's my go to sound recorder with the added bonus of backing up to Google drive

I bought but avoided reading the graphic novels tied to season 2 to avoid spoilers and experience it first as a tv series

I know a school ish trip to Paris is in the books and from leaked photos of filming. Online, I've read 1 major plotline spoiler theme. I think reading that particular spoiler told me to just wait to see how it plays out on screen.

Don't disagree, I just wanted to raise awareness and see what others thought.

What version has this? I'm not seeing this option in the android settings version.

Nm. I see toggle now. Thanks!

Yup, that's what I was wanting to see. Thanks for sharing!
