I don't think that's a non-issue. If you host an instance an can see everything on it, that's one thing, but if everyone with an instance can see these things from all other instances, that's a different story. That way literally everyone can see all your up and downvotes. That's not the end of the world but that's definitely an issue imo. I can already see people getting canceled not because of an old tweet but because they upvoted something controversial years ago lol.

Lol. I'm also not the biggest fan of children, but what are the parents supposed to do? Not having vacation? Leave them home alone? Throw them out the window on the drive to the airport?

Ich versteh das Problem nich. Man will halt möglichst genau und rechtlich sicher formulieren. Dann muss man halt mal den ein oder anderen Begriff googeln, damit man weiß, was gemeint ist - halte ich für deutlich weniger nervig als die zahllosen potentiellen Rechtsstreits, die auf diese Weise umgangen werden.

Keine Ahnung, was du mit dem Kommentar bezwecken willst. Die Aussage ist, dass es um das Überleben der genannten Konzerne geht, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Niemand hat behauptet, es ginge um Menschenleben.

Eine Regel, die ich vor langer Zeit mal in einem Buch gelesen habe und die sich bisher fast immer als wahr erwiesen hat: ist die Überschrift eines Artikels eine Frage, kann man davon ausgehen, dass sie mit "Nein" oder maximal mit "wir wissen es nicht" beantwortet wird. Denn wäre die Antwort "ja" hätte der Autor des Artikels einen Aussagesatz gewählt anstatt zu versuchen, mit Hilfe einer Frageformulierung aus einer Null-Info einen Artikel zu zaubern.
