I just got the OLED last week. My PC couldn't run baldurs gate so this was my ez fix for that, and I wanted a new toy for remote play.

I've been really enjoying it. A few bugs (offline reboot got stuck looking for updates, and BG3 seems to have issues with controller connection?) but overall really fun. The handheld feels nice too, better than my switch.

Current cancer patient here. I have a stash of meds around, but weed is the only thing that GIVES me an appetite, while also easing nausea and pain. It does all this without making me constipated and other side effects like my medicine does.

Some people lack comprehensive explanations, especially when stressed. Video calls can help get a view of what is going on without guessing what the caller means.

Found minimalism this year, it's been a game changer for me. Have reduced my wardrobe by half, worked through all the misc pantry items I've been hoarding (or threw out shockingly expired canned goods...), have away stuff from my basement. Feels amazing, less clutter and more control.

So much stuff was "good to have" or "just in case" with a layer of dust on it. From a mental health perspective it's been really nice to go through and keep up with.

It sounds like I'm a minority gamer in the sense that I only play 1-3 games any given week. I tend to have a storyline game (currently TOTK, previouly Horizon), a casual pick up (Civ or RimWorld), and an online game (Sea of Thieves or Deep rock galactic). When I tire/finish something it'll go away for a long while and I'll install something else.

I've been doing native gardening the past 8 years. I rarely mow my yard, let's wild stuff spring up and my wildlife has been crazy.
