Not sure how many times this happened, but I think it’s worth noting that it did happen. Federal charges are being brought against the suspect with many calling for the death penalty, which I believe is the correct call. However, he probably will not receive the death penalty because he is most likely mentally insane or something like that, that’s how these things typically work. I think this case will be a test on how similar cases are handled going forward but I’m no law expert
