i have bpd and bipolar too... along with other stuff (major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, etc).. i definitively had to deal with similar depressive and spiralling episodes, like the one you've been describing.. but yeah, you're not a faiulre at all just for struggling.. and like, you will be always welcome here no matter what..

and like.. normality as a concept, is a subjective mess.. and also like, i'd rather be weird and abnormal if that also means, me being happy, free, full of energy and love, etc.. rather than complying with the cisheteronormative, patriarchal and overall bs society, where i was closeted and didn't tell anyone about me being transfem for years (while also being dead inside, due to the dysphoria and etc), until i finally got out of the closet in 2021 and started breaking free :3

but yeah.. you're not evil or whatever, just for struggling and just for not complying with what a bs society thinks is "normal".. we (as the community) will be there for you, if you need someone to talk to
