I had a lady tell me that sunscreen gives you skin cancer. She was a nurse that quit during COVID because she refused the vaccine. That was a miserable conversation.
That kind of metal working? Just to make a dogshit pipe gun that is mostly likely unsafe for the user too? Really doesn't require a ton of skill. Probably more than using a user friendly 3D printer but probably less than a fiddly one.
Where do you live? Just curious. 2-4km would be like.. my neighbor, so I don't exactly view it as long distance.
Yeah it's a big costume party except your costumes are characters you created and love. It's like a party where everyone dresses as their dnd character.
... is anyone doing that? Or are we just making up terrible slippery slopes in our heads?
No? Not to me anyways. The issue with beastiality is the lack of consent. At least, to me? Maybe there's different takes on that, but animals can't consent. So.. when you anthropomorphize them and the wolves start talking? They can now consent, and my problem goes away.
It's really evolved beyond that, at least from what I can tell. I feel like being a furry is just a lifestyle at this point. It's not all about sexual aspects anymore, it's become a culture and an identity. You just don't really tend to see that aspect from the outside very often, or when people do they just assume it's still a sex thing.
“I don’t believe in germ theory,” she said, “I don’t believe in contagion,”
Ah, yes, I agree. It's definitely the four humors that actually cause disease. "Covid-19" is just caused by a build up of phlegm. I just haven't figured out why the build up of phlegm spreads from person to person.. hmmm.
People always talking about how extremely hot metal looks tasty.
I'm an amateur blacksmith. Glowing metal looks like pain.
You've discovered ludonarrative dissonance!
I've always thought it was funny how fast she goes from crying over a deer she had to kill to remorseless murdering machine.
I went to make sure I wasn't subscribed (I was, so glad I checked. I might accidentally call someone bro not realizing where I am, after all. Need to ensure he has a safe bro-free space) and he's not just locked the thread, but locked the entire comm due to "brigading".
Anyone have suggestions for an alternative?
Using swarm rules from PF1E for bears is actually a nightmare scenario that I need to use someday. Beears?
All the guesses are either Gopher Snake or Garter Snake, so probably not a danger noodle. Just a nope rope.
It's basically the entire plot of A Knight's Tale, a 2001 movie that I happened to rewatch like two days ago lmao
And then kept using it for an extremely long time until basically forced to stop lol.
There's a BobbyBroccoli video on the topic, and it's pretty interesting.
Weeks? Fucking how? I work at a post office and today our OIC was running around with her hair on fire because the mail was three days late on one route.
Loch Ness Mothman hit me like a flashbang
All that says is that the Israelis tried to blackmail Clinton with tapes of his definitely-not-sexual-relations. Which, while I'd not heard about it before, I find entirely plausible. It never says Lewinsky was an Israeli spy, though.
Demi doesn't exactly mean lesser demi means half or partially.
It's the last part of a normal Lich. Think of it like it's concentrating it's power.
Halo's Slipspace has always been my favorite. It's another dimension where instead of being able to move in four directions, things can move in eleven. This results in travel being faster there than in normal space.
The fun part is that the UNSC and the main antagonists- the Covenant- use the exact same method of FTL travel. The Covenant are just dramatically better at it, to the point of UNSC ships that attempt to run away from the Covenant via slipspace sometimes having the Covenant fleet they were fleeing already there and waiting on them.
