Try setting a specific folder as Exempt. Download to that folder. If something needs to be installed, pre-make whatever folder the installer is going to make and set that as Exempt too.

I have Premium and haven't had any issues with Ublock Origin being enabled. No messages from YouTube, nothing.

Just a straight up number pad. I'm not really into the building, so it'd be nice if there were some prebuilt options to choose from. Maybe I didn't search for the right thing, but I tried searching for low profile numpad keycaps and couldn't find any.
