I'm on Connect, I hope the UI gets better, Lemmy has a lot of potential but it needs work

Without porn, patching old RIF is genuinely not worth it. I'd rather wait and support the new Lemmy app by the same dev

Same. I feel much better already. I'm very optimistic for Lemmy after it gets these initial technical issues worked out.

Yeah miss me with the self-righteous, hateful toxicity of pre-2012 Reddit. I left because Reddit made the user experience horrible by shutting down better apps while their own was still abysmal. Idk anything about how ban-happy specific communities are here, but I understand if heavier moderating is needed at the beginning to prevent this place from turning into Voat

Hopefully the apps improve their usability soon
