Just a weirdly mystical asshole looking for meaning in the meaningless, silence in the jumble of voices, sight in darkness, finding the rhythm in chaos.

Well, this was an entertaining read.
I'm a cat person and I find this gross. And a tad concerning. Just, why?
A friend of mine believes similar except it's that everything in Linux doesn't actually work and you have to fix it constantly. It's rather frustrating to deal with.
It turned out to be my crappy, no name USB. All OSes boot fine now, even 64-bit. I love when computer shit is simple.
Linux wins the day, viva la Tux!
What the Hell happens if you have neither?
This is actually pretty cool in the frame of Folk Saints, maybe I'll write up a chaplet or something đ€
This occasionally ends up on my dash and I love it every time. The mental image/clip it provides is hysterical.
Sweet fuck, we are so doomed.
I mean, we were doomed from the start, but now we're extra fucked with a side of crazy sauce.
Ouch. I twisted in bed last year and somehow made it so I was stuck in bed for three days. Fuck, it hurt so bad!
Agent Orange And The Orangutan Invaders...
MAGAts are whiny morons. They're also borderline obsessed with other people to the point that they should probably be on a list or something. Tracked at the very least.
Source: I grew up in the South, Alabama specifically.
I use Fedora and a MacBook Pro and I still had a better time than him.
It also apparently gets installed on LineageOS if you have Google Play...
I was homeschooled until age 15, then I was placed with a Christian homeschooling group that met in an elderly womanâs home. Now, at 24, Iâm still working toward earning my GED.
While I accept that there may be situations where homeschooling is necessary, I believe it should be heavily regulated. Ideally, a private school would be a much better option.
I was more or less a social outcast, and I got bullied by other students. We eventually moved to a setup where schooling took place in a rented church hall when things truly hit the fan. The head âteacherâsâ secretaryâs son once accosted me in the bathroom. When I reported it, I was reprimanded and threatened with bad grades.
It was a creationist program using PACEâPackets of Accelerated Christian Educationâwith the Bible as its core curriculum. We did eventually get a new Physics teacher who would occasionally try to sprinkle in tidbits of common sense, which was nice.
All in all, it was a total waste. Who wouldâve thought that telling a kid theyâre going to burn in Hell for not understanding a math problem would mess them up?
TL;DR: Homeschooling isnât a solution.
Fr tho!
Seriously, so much better interaction than on typical (anti)social networks.
Lemmy is definitely better than *Reddit, just needs more random ass bullshit.
Yeah, main reason I dumped Reddit.
(Others being unsolicited photos of medical waste)
This. This is the type of deep-set-comment-buried weirdness I missed from Reddit. Thank you for an interesting read.
You understand incorrectly.
Eh, it's been less annoying with Tumblr and here.
This is a fun thing I found, wish they had an android app or something.
thanks for using Leebra!
