NAW is the data the operator can get from the phone number, static data from the carrier subscription. It's dutch for name, address, city.

AML is Advanced Mobile Location, a standard that allows your phone to send the GPS coordinates to the operator.

No i have not tried without a SIM, and im not sure that is possible

When asking for the test you need to provide the number you're calling with, a SIM-less phone doesn't have a number.

Maybe there is an option for it if you ask specifcally for a SIML-less test, but i had to provide a number.

I gave them the information and the date i wanted and they responded with this:

I don't know how they got those slots, but pretty much yes, i gave them the info and they let me pick a slot.

Isn't this just the work I've and nondescriptpointer have done? Unless there is now a third person who has independently implemented the cameras?

I watched the video with audio this time and i don't think it is, because he wouldn't be surprised by me having done the main camera as i told him already.

So i guess there indeed is another person working on it, coincidences do still exist.

Is the bootloader on the US version not unlockable? If so you can put whatever OS you want on it.

No person shall manufacture, import, distribute, lease, offer for sale or sell any radio apparatus, interference-causing equipment or radio-sensitive equipment for which a technical acceptance certificate is required under this Act, otherwise than in accordance with such a certificate.

And i can't find that the Fairphone 6 has this certificate?
