You guys bring your desktops with you when you shit?

I’m not biracial but I am a dual citizen. When I lived in Canada I was called a yankee and when I moved to the USA I was called a Canuck. Can’t win lol.

He’s like my uncle when he gets drunk at Thanksgiving

I think a lot of people who sign up end up staying. I find my interaction on Reddit diminishes more and more and usage of lemmy keeps going up

This fediverse is clearly the way forward. No more dipshits like spez and his fiefdom

It’s really not worth it. We all long for things in the past when we were younger and life was more exciting. Stick with the present and future. Meeting up with this past lover is a really bad idea.

Jesus Christ, I need a drink after that

Yeah just a few things different but overall the aesthetic is very pleasing. Took forever for me to figure out how to mark a comment as “read” to get rid of the badges (slide left).

Just feeds into the image of these losers who think being a man means picking on minorities. Pathetic.

Best to use both for the ultimate experience - if you can handle it (or use a comma instead)

I’ve got a buddy of mine who is an annoying maga type. Always telling me about Plato’s Cave and he’s definitely not on Reddit. Only thing is he is 40 and not 20 something.

Is this just a lemmy.world thing? I’m on ml and I never see any of it

Memmy is by far the closest to Apollo. Highly recommend

Just depends on the person saying it. Could just be what their GPS says or the person could have included stops. Best to ask them as there is no definitive answer to this.

Interesting. I’ve heard a lot of people complaining but never seen any of it. I have NSFW filters off on the site and on Memmy. Kind of thankful I don’t have to go through any of the blocking

With time people will start getting frustrated with all the inconvenient features that Reddit pushes out. Slowly but surely the communities will rebuild here, just like Digg to Reddit.

Yeah I agree with you. I’m 40 now but grew up listening to music all the time. I’ve got a bunch of kids now so it’s hard to actively find new stuff on my own. I just subscribe to satellite radio and they do a pretty damn good job of finding good stuff. I just add to my library, and get more recommendations. Works well.

He mentioned Sigil 2 and somewhere in that ama he mentioned doing a quake map pack, but I’m too lazy to look for the links. Exciting.

Reddit keeps implementing more ideas to piss off the communities. The growth will come

Well this will certainly make things easier than having multiple launchers. Wish we could link the two platforms instead of having to pay twice.. but I think that’s a pipe dream.
