Filth-ridden wireborn
Doesn't need the social slop, just the the organized public profiles and companies.
Waiting for my test results as we meme...
This is all like background news I'd see playing a dystopian future game. Which actually the one I'm thinking about is set in 2025.
This is dope
If you could give Mobilizon a try, I'd be interested in hearing your experience.
While I can't seem to find it up on the archive itself, the Donate Books app says they don't need it :(

This is what I needed to see! Tops my amazing day!
I think this post is a noteworthy response. Against Silos+Signal
There two kinds of nerds. Ones that are actually curious to try new things, and ones that conform and sully the name. It's like tech bros vs real IT professionals.
It's not like constantly training or like remembering everything everyone else says, right? It's not some consciousness in a server, just a model to run when someone asks for it.
I want to augment animals. That's probably illegal right?
It took a little while to figure it out. It doesn't have to be everyone. Like you don't have to get every person you know to switch. But make it clear that if somebody wants to contact you remotely, then that platform (for me Jabber) will be the only way. Besides email. If they decide not to join you, then they don't want to contact you and they'll probably hardly message.
If somebody legitimately wants to contact you and wants to associate with you (be your friend), they will install an app. Just make sure the onboarding process is as simple as an air fryer. Don't be a shy nerd about it either.
EDIT: and yeah I agree nobody cares too much about privacy - all they really care about is reaching out to someone - but all my contacts know how much I care about privacy
While I do agree that the automation is what makes it best over others, an onion I have seen expressed online is how there is no encryption of the documents in server. I guess you can only use paperless-ngx to hold a bunch of documents on a small air-gapped device, much like storing hundreds or more papers in a box somewhere. Though in my personal onion, the files should be encrypted on the server if it's ever meant at all to be hosted on one.
thanks for using Leebra!
