Anecdotally, my cats would not finish their food in narrow bowls but do now that they eat from flat bowls.

FOSS is Free Open Source Software. All Lemmy apps except Connect and Sync are FOSS.

Thunder has been my main app for a while but Sync just works so well. Also seems to be less battery intensive.

That food waste is largely due to arbitrary date labels and grocery stores throwing out literal tons of perfectly good food instead of donating it.

Cats don't like their whiskers rubbing on the bowl while they eat because it's overstimulating. Use a flat bowl or a plate instead.
