This is hilarious. I work on translation software and know exactly what's wrong. They've selected a spanish voice, but not translated the content to spanish. I was playing around with these settings in our software and produced exactly this result.
HL2 is peak first person shooter. More recent games have added a lot, but after playing through HL2 recent, it's really nice to strip all that extra stuff away.
The legeslation has been in place for years, but we held off because we didn't want to be out of sync with Washington, Oregon, and California.

Been on Linux for 18 years as my daily driver. Hate it significantly less than all the other options.
The real life hack is having a crappy low powered microwave so you don't even have to set it to half power.
My only requirement for team processes is that they be mostly up to the team. Absolutely some type of structure is needed. If something isn't working for the team, they need to have agency to address that, whether it means adding, removing, or changing something.

I think there was a time, maybe a few decades ago, when it was entirely acceptable and expected for a full time employee to say "I'm taking off early today, I've got a few errands to run." from time to time. I'm very lucky to be able to do that, but it sounds like it's getting less common.
