Probably for food safety reasons, right? When I worked a fast food job I was told never take anything from the customer because who knows how well it was cleaned, what's been in it, etc.

I mean, it's not just Americans, it's the whole world. EA, Nintendo, Sony, Riot, Nexon, Tencent, and basically every other major gaming corporation are part of the ESA, who lobbied to kill this exemption. If left to their own devices, corporations will never do anything that could hurt their bottom line.
What were you doing for the majority of those 30 hours? Most likely resource gathering, building your base, optimizing pal usage, etc... Basically the only similarity is that you throw spheres at creatures. There's no gyms, no turn based gameplay, no trading, no evolution, and not even really trainer battles, just some unique encounters.
Were you a big dragon age beforehand? From what I can tell, it seems like old fans actually did like the game but newcomers (who I'm sure were the reason the game morphed so much) had a much colder reception. I loved dao, hated da2, and liked dai but still haven't taken the plunge on this one.
Nintendo has been against them before any real self destruction had started from the community though. In 2013 the melee community raised $95k for breast cancer research, which led to melee being picked up for evo 2013. Nintendo then tried to shut down the live stream of the tournament, and then shutdown the whole melee event for reasons known only to Nintendo.
Anyone know how I can get remote access with my monitors off while using Wayland ? Everytime I log in if I have my monitors off I just get a black screen. I bought one of those dummy HDMI plugs no dice. Works fine with x11 but I don't want to have to relog every time I get to my computer.
So like what games do you ban? Just modern shooters? Just for an alternate take, my parents were crazy Christians and would only buy me shit like this game. I'll tell you what, playing that game did not make me more interested in religion and way more interested in call of duty 4. Not saying that's what you're doing, but just that some kind of understanding between you guys is key.
That'd be cool if that was true... But I installed nobara on my brand new PC and kingdom come crashed when I fast traveled, Hades 2 ran at like 20 fps, and dragons dogma just wouldn't launch. I get Linux is cool and all but I don't have time to troubleshoot every game I install anymore...
Here's an article that ars just posted yesterday in fact about that.
Tldr some group states that piracy affects company's bottom lines by up to 20%. They also state that since game sales figures are almost never published, they had to derive a replacement by using reviews and active player count. To me that just kinda invalidates the whole thing because who the hell knows what the actual relationship is between those variables, and especially when it's making such a gargantuan claim that pirates are taking such large chunks of cash from developers pockets. If companies want to show they really are being hampered by piracy to such a degree, they should post their actual books and stop hiding key information.
Do they need to outshine bg3? Releasing a crpg based on their characters and world I'm sure would do well enough with their audience. I'm imagining just pillars of eternity 2 with a critical role skin.
thanks for using Leebra!
