Either way, it seems (to me) like it's such a petty thing to switch browsers permanently. I wouldn't switch forever because of a simple bug that it looks like it was solved pretty quickly. Besides, don't use Adblock Plus people. Use Ublock Origin. Much better.

NEXT: Hideo Kojima makes a VR Game that realistically simulates what would be to rescue the Titan, however no player managed to succeed yet, as their submersible also gets stuck in the middle of deep sea, thus also prompting a rescue operation.

People, just trust me, Gabe Newell: it's actually really safe! It's controlled by a Steam Deck hot wired into a version of Source that runs Half-Life 2 and Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines at the same time it controls the sub. Just don't pick Malkavian on the selection screen, otherwise the lights might flicker, and the sub might malfunction, leaving you stuck deep at sea.

Same. Firefox is so much better... I don't understand why people don't use it.

That was some weak ass protest anyway. Let's protest for just 2 days! No wonder Steve Huffman just gloated about it all over and even called the mods "landed gentry"

Are you ready for a miracle?

Holy shit, I thought it was just a bug on my end. Sometimes I wonder: what has ELON been smoking?

I'm so happy about the transition!

Honestly, I feel like Kbin is missing RES type of extension. Meanwhile, I found some good scripts on GreasyFork for Tampermonkey that scratch some missing features while browsing kbin.

I'm not sure what you talking about... I never encountered such an issue using firefox daily for 5 years, using Ublock Origin for most of that time.

Most subs only protested during those two days. If all 8k subreddits had committed to a indefinite blackout, there would little reddit admins could do.

It's crazy to me that looking back, EA Sports peak quality was in the early 2000's, when they released classics such as SSX 3 (I was also going to say Def Jam, but only the first was released under the EA Sports Big umbrella). Ever since those days, the brand only releases garbage titles that only sell to a young and impressionable audience that not only buys the new releases every year, but also give EA money with meaningless microtransactions.

No need to apologize for it!

Perhaps he still could ask those Na'vi to lend some help, you know?

I know about it. It was just a joke. But good write up

I gotta say, Kbin has such a nicer UI. Lemmy has to step up a notch.

Zlib shutting down was like the modern equivalent of the burning of the Library of Alexandria, but for piracy.

Thank you for sharing it! I had no clue that such an archive existed.

On /sub I'm yet to see any of the posts from subscribed Mastodon accounts. I don't know why. Is there a way to give the post link directly to Kbin?

Edit: I tried https://kbin.social/... to see this post for instance (https://corteximplant.com/...) and it didn't work...

Damn, I thought the same thing...
