And this will lower my grocery prices how?

Of course! https://en.wikipedia.org/...
There are lots of allegations against Trump, more than just her.
No country is safe from Elon Musk's election interference. It's urgent that we boycott Twitter and Tesla. If you have a Twitter account do the following now:
These could take as little as five minutes of your time but it will make a huge difference because of the ripple effect. When one person leaves it will automatically incentivize your friends to follow you. You have the power to make a difference.
According to https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/object/bb0000819h yes it's real and the year it's from is 1941 more specifically 1941-07-08. You can view what I think might be all or most of his political cartoons here: https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/collection/bb65202085
Given Elon Musk's recent meeting with Nigel Farage. it's obvious that Elon Musk is willing to interfere with politics in any country, not just the US. We must stop Musk’s evil agenda now because otherwise he will keep growing in power and wealth. I have a solution that will help with just a few minutes of your time. We must boycott Twitter and Tesla. For Twitter if you have a social media account you can easily send a DM to your friends saying why it’s important to stop using Twitter. If you use Twitter yourself make a post saying you’ve moved on to Bluesky or whatever app you choose and that you won’t be using Twitter anymore (except perhaps to convince more people to leave).
I did some research and now I know why Trump wants to "save" TikTok.

This one is especially damning:
TikTok is spending $50,000 on an inauguration party honoring influencers who helped Donald Trump spread his campaign message, according to the party organizer — and it’s scheduled for Sunday, the deadline for the company to spin off from its China-based owner or be banned in the U.S.
CEO Shou Zi Chew is expected to attend.
I'm a little embarrassed to admit it but at one point I was somewhat of a climate change denier and also a Trump supporter. There's a very well funded coordinated effort to get people to not take climate change seriously. That combined with doing whatever your "tribe" does is how I got sucked in to climate change denialism. I'm so glad I'm out of that. It's why I'm now so passionate about these topics, I don't want other people to suffer the way I did. When I say suffer let me tell you being a conservative isn't a good life. You're constantly fed the latest thing to hate and be outraged at along with talking points to repeat nearly verbatim. Now instead of hate I have love and want to make the world better. It really feels so much better.
The reason I'm saying this is in hopes of giving you perspective on how someone might deny climate change despite noticing the climate is different now than in one's childhood. Even when I was a Trump supporter I remember thinking the weather does seem different but I never made the connection.
I researched this exact question. There is a way called deep canvasing https://www.vice.com/...
It's scientifically proven. Try having a one on one conversation with someone. Listen to what they say and respond with empathy. Then gradually and calmly introduce your message that is related to what they said. For example if the person you are talking to said they are worried about grocery prices and specifically egg prices you could mention that bird flu was the root cause of the price increase and that Trump's tariffs will raise prices on groceries. Building trust helps your message get across. I've had personal conversations with Trump supporters who trust me and you'd be surprised how much success you can have.
The message the TikTok app displays stoops to a new low to pander to Trump.
It's no wonder why Trump all of a sudden wants to "save" TikTok:

Wikipedia explains who they are very well: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GiveSendGo
GiveSendGo is a Christian crowdfunding website.[5] GiveSendGo has attracted controversy for allowing far-right extremists to fundraise, including neo-Nazis, white supremacists and hate groups.[15]
They have also had multiple security breaches.
After seeing AOC's post I feel Twitter should be banned. Until that happens there are things we can do that are simple and effective:
For people who have a Twitter account:
Things everyone can do even if you don't have a Twitter account:
Do not despair. Nothing in politics is permanent. It may be difficult but we can solve this together. Be sure to read this article to the end where it has the calls to action. Those are all good ideas. In addition I want to mention:
One thing everyone should do is vote in every election, even local elections.
Also specifically for when it mentions public funding try calling your representative and asking for this. It does matter.
In addition also work to defund right wing propaganda by calling advertisers and urge them to stop advertising on Fox and other right wing stations. Also if you have a TV subscription make sure the package doesn't include Fox News. If it's impossible to remove Fox News call the company and ask for a no Fox option. If enough people call they may one day offer it. This step is important because Fox News gets most of its money from carriage fees.
In addition boycott Twitter/X and also Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads) and switch to Mastodon and Bluesky. Make sure your friends do the same.
Yes, it's DARVO (deny, attack, and reverse victim & offender): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DARVO
Just so you all know the New York Post is a Rupert Murdoch (same person who owns Fox News) rag. According to Wikipedia it wasn't profitable from 1976 to 2022 perhaps even loosing up to $70 million a year. The reason why he ran it at a loss for so long is for influence. Prior to Murdoch's acquisition the "Post was seen to have liberal tilt, supporting trade unions and social welfare". Now it's a conservative trash rag.
Please use another source if you can.
16 Democrats were absent. If 9 of them would have showed up both bills would have passed. Sources:

The list of Democrats who didn't vote on both of the measures is the same. Here is the list:
