Reminds me of this

Wasn’t it crowdstrike? Close enough though
The Graphics Interchange Format (GIF...) is a bitmap image format...
Hmmm... I guess its an image, but not a picture 🤔
Probably correlated to search volume on Google, with 100% being the max on the chart 🤷
The cynic in me says they'll start making the normal online ordering process much harder and worse to try to force ai shopping usage
Good thing there's no major sporting events being held in the US any time soon 😐
I'm a fan of the phrase "before was was was, was was is""
The one chat goes something like this?
Two economists are walking through a farm. One tells the other "hey if you eat some of that shit on the ground I'll give you $100". So the second guy does it, and the first one hands over the $100. A few minutes later they pass more shit, and the second guy says to the first guy "if you eat some of that shit I'll give you $100 too", so the second guy does it and gets his $100. After a while, the first guy says "wait, did we just eat shit for nothing? No one made any money" and the second guy replied "of course not, we added $200 to the GDP!"
If anyone's interested in the world curling statement, here. Basically, umpire decisions in the moment are final and cannot be changed from video evidence, the thrower may retouch the stone as many times as they want before the line, BUT they must release the stone from the handle. So a little bit dubious? But they can't change it even with video evidence.
Strange that only 2 sources (from a quick internet search) are reporting this in the last 2 weeks. The Australian, and Skynews, both Murdoch media masks
41k new users in 4 days? Not too bad, but certainly not a mass exodus. Tiktok's user base is quite large, although I don't know the US specific user base size. It is a shame people don't choose better alternatives though.
11 mph? In the land down under 3 kph (~1.86 mph) is enough to be fined and get demerit points.
I like one that really needs to be told in person, but here. What's the key to a good joke timing
The way you say it is with terrible timing
I've taken to using horizontal bars on my laptop, since they either look identical or almost identical (depending on font) to emdashes. For comparison, — vs ― . they are encoded in unicode as u2014 and u2015, so are provably not the same.
Another point is that most depictions of merfolk have their tails be horizontal (like a whale or dolphin), as opposed to vertical (like a shark or fish), which could indicate a combination of fish and dolphin. Scales, but horizontal tail 🤔

The browser section needs expanding. Currently it only mentions Firefox, but there are more. Of the browsers I've personally used, mainly Vivaldi and Waterfox have been outspokenly against AI in browsers.
“Not happy Jan!”
