Fair point. I get that. They have stayed true to their fans and have kept the game in mostly its original format, which I do respect.

I couldn't either. The combat and progression felt decades behind. Compared to a series like Tales or Trails, it feels unplayable to me.
Even if you're bad at parrying, it's still a more fun and active combat system. I want to experience the evolution of gaming. Grinding was put in games to artificially increase their playtime, mindlessly spamming attack to get through easier battles is boring. Let's keep the good aspects of each iteration and exclude the stuff that's less fun.
You know what eliminates crime way better than cameras? Eliminating poverty.
Is that what banks are for? Savings account interest rates at historic lows of .4%, which doesn't even outpace inflation. We're essentially paying them to spend our money.
You could get a HYSA for 3%. Income is taxed, interest rates are variable. Not really many good options.
They also likely murdered John Barnett, but I'm sure they are too big to fail or be tried for murder.
Immediate executive order to get troops on the street. Should fix it.
Before I read about the Lavender Scare, I didn't realize that Washington was a growing gay hub in the 40s/50s due to the expanded bureaucracy post New Deal. Also, that the anti-gay policies spread to universities and the private sector, which seemed to become the norm after that. Eventually, universities and the private sector cared more about sexual orientation than if you were previously a member of the Communist party. History is important and relevant.
I got ridiculed for doing this by my partner. I do it very quickly and vigorously, it just makes a ton of sense to me; I end up being dry faster and more efficiently than going straight to the towel.
Who is this movie for? You have incredible dramatic actors, but the tone and make-up looks campy and goofy. It doesn't feel like a scary horror movie; it looks too silly to take seriously. The previews are mostly just close-ups of Bale and Buckley with black shit on their faces. I also can't imagine what the plot would be, besides making a female Frankenstein's monster, and due to the above I can't be bothered to find out why.
K. Burning the American flag is literally the way you're supposed to retire old/damaged flags.
I get a lot of folks are busy, working two jobs, dealing with childcare and healthcare and whatnot, but how deep do you have to bury your head in the sand to be so unaware or disconnected from an American Presidential election? It's unfathomable to me.
Just another tax on the poor and working class.
There are no morally virtuous billionaires.
Between 1998 and 2018, the plane manufacturer also manufactured a whopping $61.0 billion in stock buybacks, amounting to 81.8 percent of its profits. Add in dividends and Boeing's shareholders received 121 percent of its profits.
Stock buybacks should be illegal or at least heavily regulated. They're stealing money from their employees, putting their company in peril by not having cash on hand, and stunting innovation. Imagine if major companies had to put profit back into their company? Instead it's a game to see how much you can exploit the working class, how little you can innovate and still get by (it's easy when you have no competition), and gamble (after lobbying with minimal money) that your political plants will force the taxpayers you're exploiting to bail you out. It's pretty disgusting.

I bet the executives who made the decision gave themselves a bonus and are still working there despite the monumental blunder.
Since you don't care about human life, maybe money matters more to you: Seatbelts decrease auto insurance costs.
Community with Troy and Britta and Annie and Jeff. After Dan Harmon was fired and replaced by David Guarascio and Moses Port, they decided to ruin the show in season 4 with awful writing and character choices (probably at the behest of the network). This included a sudden nonsensical Britta and Troy relationship and weird romantic stuff with Annie and Jeff in one episode, which may have been the worst Community episode imo. The whole of season 4 mostly sucked with just a couple of bright spots. Fortunately Harmon came back on board, righted the ship and wrote 2 more enjoyable seasons.
Cuellar was pardoned by Trump and clearly captured. What the hell is wrong with his district in Texas?
