I've worked costumer support for many years, and me and my supervisors would have rejected your request too. Since you can't provide what they want (not even a definite nickname wtf), you probably can't prove the purchase either.

Just do your own thing and i would recommend trying to set boundaries with your parents - at least your dad seems to try to respect them (asking you if he might tell the high school coach), and i think his comment about you coming a long way was him acknowledging the hard work and motivation you put in, at least i read it that way - expressing stuff like that might not be his strong suit. Your mom might be a different beast tho.

If your mom's involvement in your activities is detrimental to your mental wellbeing, you might wanna tell her to stop talking like that about you, or you keep her out of the loop if you can. I don't know if you are still living with them, and your options depend a lot on how dependent you are from them.

Mold = dust/residues + dampness. Clean your bottles, and keep them dry when out of use - you can keep water filled bottles pretty long in the fridge.

My 4 year old bottles stay filled in the fridge; when a bottle travels with me, coming home i wash them with my bottle brush and a small amount of dish soap and either fill them right back up and put them in the fridge again, or i keep the cap off and let them dry thoroughly putting them upside down so droplets can get out. Anything else is just an invitation for mold.

I agree that most competitive games tend to go that way. My ex and I played a lot of League of Legends in a small friend group together (where this did not happen, thank god), and if playing with "externals" it was unbelievable what bullshit she had to deal with. and although most of the time the creeps bit off more than they could chew, it must have felt pretty bad, regardless of what me and our friends did or said.

If i compare what crap games i've played on my PC sometimes to mobile games, i feel that such boundaries are pretty arbitrary. There are some mobile games that can keep up with PC gaming too - Shattered Pixel Dungeon and Hoplite come to mind.

Hi you, this is me too, didn't want to buy new hardware too just because MS wants me to. i went with Nobara because it liked my Nvidia GPU a lot more than many other distros, and deleted my windows partition after 3 days - i expected it to take a lot longer than that to feel safe doing that, but it just works and i can do more with my PC than i ever could with windows.
