Also deine Argumentation ist einfach komisch in meinen Augen. Du isst jede Woche einen Mürbeteigkuchen, hast aber nicht das Geld um "zu experimentieren"? Hättest du gesagt du willst einfach deine Eier und deinen Quark essen, dann ist ja gut, aber für einen Mürbeteigkuchen jede Woche diese Zutaten zu brauchen, die du ganz simpel austauschem kannst?

Naja, möchte jetzt auch nicht weiter darauf herumhacken, du hast schon deine Gründe, auch wenn ich diese nicht nachvollziehen kann. Jedenfalls, du kannst für Eier z.B. Apfelmus, zerdrückte Bananen oder Apfelessig verwenden. Quarkersatz habe ich bisher nur ein einziges Mal benötigt und den von Simply V (Frischegenuss) verwendet, aber auch bei Quark gibt es einige Ersatzprodukte, oder du machst ihn nach, dann kannst du komplett auf Ersatzprodukte verzichten. Ich finde da direkt ein Rezept mit Sojajoghurt und Zitronensaft.

Wahrscheinlich ist dein Kuchen ohne Ersatzprodukte am Ende sogar günstiger als die nicht-vegane Version.

Es ist jedenfalls ja doch sehr toll von dir, dass du deine restliche Ernährung so weit umgestellt hast und mit Ausnahme komplett auf tierische Produkte verzichten kannst. Würden die meisten Menschen so handeln und wenigstens schrittweise ihren Konsum auf vegane Produkte bzw. Alternativen, oder komplett davon weg, verschieben, dann wären wir schon ganz woanders. Aber immerhin ist Veganismus nicht mehr ganz so verpönt und es gibt mittlerweile so viele Ersatzprodukte in regulären Supermärkten, dass man sich über den Fortschritt nicht beschweren kann.
