Yes, for now I spray it two times a day. The moss ball dries up so quickly, of course even more so as it sits freely in the air. So not practical at all, but very nice to look at

Sorry but what is a USV? -.-
Yes, needed electricity is a bummer, but if it comforts you it runs only from electricity from my solar panels ;)
Sadly it cannot be done with just permanent magnets, then you need at least one contact point to stabilize it.
Thank you for your work.
As far as I understand it one of the big advantages is that every viewer simultaneously provides its download data for others to stream (peering). With this approach server capacity can be reduced but I wonder how well this works (If I even understood it correctly).
With this system could it be possible to host videos on an own server without having to pay huge sever costs?
Also what is a nice website to search through all videos, similar to the front page of YouTube?
Very special diffraction lens used…
Yes, big permanent magnets to push it ip and electro magnets to keep the floating magnet centered
Glueing and screwing the parts:

One result shot with this mount (and many other accessories):

I asked it but sadly it didn’t answer and just turned away from me :(
Yes, I used Siril for stacking/ stretching, Starnett++ for star removal (to edit the glimpse of orion nebula a little better), GraXpert for gradient and noise, and BlurXTerminator for deconvolution. Final editing was done in Photoshop.
So heavy editing indeed..
Nice, thanks for referencing Earnshaw’s theorem :)
Tl;DR The EU makes sure that third party developers gain access to connectivity features to develop devices like smartwatches, headphones or VR headsets that have a deep integration to the OS.
It is crucial that the request process is transparent, timely, and fair so that all developers have an effective and predictable path to interoperability and are enabled to innovate.
That’s true, however it dries up way to fast now. So not much being gained here at all sadly
I take this as a compliment, as I tried to imitate a miniature model town. The village is photographed with a tele lens from a mountain. Then with very tedious post processing several layers of blur was added to amplify the tilt shift effect.
Since people are commenting this image is „fake“ or „ai“, here is the same scene shot from a similar location with a cheap smartphone:

Thank you :) Sure, Fediverse all the way :P
Ha that’s true!
The equipment put together:

I just printed the design on a glossy paper and used an iron to transfer the toner from the paper onto the pcb (last image). The toner protects the underlying copper in the etching process, so only the free copper gets etched away. I used Na2S2O8 for etching.
Also great idea. My idea right now is an infrared thermometer to measure when the surface is dry and then sprinkle it with water when it’s necessary.. but that’s a bit overengineered :P
Full resolution image and more details here
Also this is what our setup looks like to shoot such an image:

thanks for using Leebra!
