It probably depends on the person/couple. But if he were being emotionally intimate with the work colleague in a way he wasn't with his actual spouse that could be problematic.
No shade, but Nate Bargatze is one of the most popular standup comedians at the moment. He has released five stand up specials over the last 11ish years. He sells out arenas nationwide. My mom (a boomer) loves his clean comedy.
Gavin Newsom is the epitome of the liberal elite who talk the talk but don't walk the walk. He criminalizes homelessness instead of working to address its systemic causes and is deep in the pockets of corporate and wealthy donors. His whole appeal is just posturing against Trump. It boggles my mind that my mom likes the guy.
One "scandal" and he resigns drops out. Reminds me of Al Franken. The best ones with actual principles fall on the sword. I'm not super opposed so long as the replacement Democrat candidate still wins I guess. But whoever that is will likely be further right which sucks.
Always have been. Kudos to Heath for sticking to his guns; 2007 was still a very backwards time concerning LGBTQIA+ rights and acceptance. Brokeback Mountain really helped open the eyes of some sheltered Americans.
That and Dyson might just be preemptively killing it in the wake of the FTC forcing Razer to refund buyers of its smart mask
In 2023, a woman who went missing for five days in the Australian bushland was found alive after surviving for five days on lollipops and wine.
Yet another reminder to keep a stockpile of food and water in your abodes and cars just-in-case. I haven't been stranded out and about yet, but there was a blizzard a few years ago that I was unprepared for and I nearly ran out of food.
beatings and kickings, or how he deliberately set broken bones with insufficient levels of anaesthetic. They also told the court how the doctor had poured flammable liquid on their wounds and parts of their body ā and in two cases, including that of a 14-year-old boy, on their genitals ā and set them on fire. He injected one prisoner with a deadly poison while the man had been trying to defend himself. He died in front of fellow prisoners.
The court also heard how he had beaten and kicked a young man suffering from epileptic seizures, knowing he had the condition, which led to it worsening. He later administered a pill, which caused the man to die in the presence of his brother
Glad this guy will be behind bars for at least the next 15 years. What a sadistic piece of shit
I haven't fact-checked whether this quote is legit attributable to Alan Parsons but considering his production mastering pedigree it's believable. My dad used to sell audiophile equipment in the 80's and he would play Dark Side of the Moon and Alan Parsons Project to show off their hi-fi equipment. He said customers would put on their lower-quality records and it wouldn't sound as good (obviously), making their gear a harder sell.
EDIT: Parsons didn't say this, a web commenter did on an article about an interview with Parsons:
