Except this requires companies to implement OS-level age verification. According to the law, the OS has to ask a user their age when creating an account, then the OS has to implement an API that can be accessed via app stores or websites that provides a general age bracket that the user fits into (under 13, 13 - 16, 16 - 18, 18+). I'm a Pritzker supporter but this is awful legislation that opens the door to more intrusive age verification. And good fucking luck getting this to work on Linux/BSD systems or open Android ROMs.

I use Projectivy on my Sony Bravia Google TV. You can set it to auto start as the default launcher so you never see the cluttered mess that is the Google TV launcher.
