A sad day indeed, I still don't understand why they didn't just do a redesign instead of the whole Primaris thing.
The miniatures for the Horus Heresy are great, so updating old kits with new ones could have worked really well.

Nice Job.
You didn't want to wait around for the one with the ball gag?

Congrats to Doctor Spork and well done to everyone who entered, there is no competition with out you.
I look forward to seeing all the entries next year.
I have no problem with the new models, sure some of it isn't my kind of thing but that has always been the case.
For me one of the big draws of 40k was the empire in decline narrative. Ancient technology being kept alive by techno-priests, the fact that most of the technology is irreplaceable, the emperor who created these super humans is a corpse so this is what we have. It isn't going to get better. Primaris marines sort of shit all over that.
I won't be buying any, but fair play to folks who do. Hobbies are about what you enjoy, not what other folks will.
The one on the right needs a goblin green base.
Yeah, that's Super Hans

I know exactly what you mean, I still have the big catalogues from the start of the 90s and am very guilty of staring at them for too long.
And then foolishly looking at the price of the miniatures on eBay! Oh my
Oh wow! I'm very jealous, can't wait to see them painted.
"Behold the blessings of Khorne, one really sweaty leg"
Thanks, that seems to have worked for me as well.
It's a really nice model, like so many other I wish I had one.
The models that really interest me in this image are the bezerkers that seem to have one bare leg each.
There is some really nice stuff on there, thanks for sharing. I particularly like the feudal guard, I've been reading up in Knight Worlds recently and was imagining something similar as back-up for some imperial knights.

It certainly does, I love Ian Millers work. I think his fantasy art for Death on the Reik portrays wonderfully twisted version of fantasy as well.

He pretty much covers that in the review, but it can be a lot of fun with the right people/environment. Personally I might try and get my hands on a copy of his suggestion 'Escape the Dark Castle', that sounds fun and looks really nice.
Stunning paint job
Always happy to see Captain Tycho. Metal or Finecast?
And thank you for sharing your amazing miniatures. The Patriarch is such an amazing model, it's always great to see one.
I thinks its meant to be a joke, to 'sort someone out' could mean help then find what that are looking for, or beat them up.
There is a lot of weird stuff like this in old white dwarfs.
"Engaging Oh Yeah Directives"
I think that's 40k, haha
thanks for using Leebra!
