Especially considering how many extensions have been found to be malware lately
Vespa is about 3-5 times the weight of an e scooter and I assume yours runs in gasoline, so not really a fair comparison but if going under 20mph on the sidewalk is what you consider the safest course of action in a specific circumstance then I’m not sure anybody would fault you for it. Or just get yourself an e-scooter if you use your Vespa for very short trips. The convenience of being able to ride in safer locations where you’re not having to be hyper vigilant of not only your own actions but also those of cars that might very quickly end your life because someone was texting is pretty nice.
I ride a motorcycle too (not even on the sidewalk) and can tell you for a fact that e scooters are night and day safer transportation under normal use cases.
It really depends. IMO you should ride wherever is safest for everyone. I would say more people use scooters on the sidewalk than bikes. And the 15-20mph is dangerous claims don’t hold up when you can literally go 1mph or walk it if the sidewalks have pedestrians. Going 20mph on a sidewalk with people around is dangerous. Going 20mph on a sidewalk that is empty when the road has shit or no bike lanes is most likely much safer for everyone.
Pretty sure full ublock origin still works in helium no?
Will be interesting to see how they handle whoever did this considering the guy who shot up the democratic offices in az and had 100000 rounds a machine gun and a grenade launcher got out on bond to await trial… I have my doubts they will be treated similarly
Because the person who makes it gets touchy on some things and started drama with someone or doxxed them or whatever type deal. It’s not like you can’t talk about it you just can’t use the word because he was going through and being weird about conversations about it. It’s nothing against him or them it’s just one of those developers being a unique type of person - which makes sense in the hyper privacy space.
Has he been peeing into a bottle or did he get a catheter?
Well the thing is it’s now been zero days since they had to write a new backdoor.
My mans look like he about to be voted most likely to agent 47 a health insurance ceo
You will be expected to wear your Israeli pager at all times
You can tell China is making strides when suddenly IP laws are a nuisance rather than a fundamental value of the American system lol
He was obviously very amateur by reading his posts on Reddit. Zen is more of a skin than a real browser, but I guess that’s essentially what a fork is at some point.
Also:
Still have China stuff. They’ll likely make a deal but we will still have huge “per package” duties that will stay up. This means business can buy from China but it isn’t cost effective for individuals to. The goal is to go back to pre internet where the wealthy could get between you and SHEIN and scalp Chinese labor.
Also I see a lot of dems and what not highly focused on tariffs with this “gotcha” mentality and not so many dems talking about the people getting disappeared off the streets or having their green cards revoked or the talk of disappearing us citizens.
Patiently awaiting Congress to ban any Chinese robot vacuums out of national security risk
Why do people think the military isn’t on his side?? He is the commander in chief lol
Luckily there is a new publicly known backdoor so they might be in the clear.
The line is state sponsored violence, generally. Likely with a little bias on what state is on the giving and receiving ends of said violence. Thats the rule at least so far as I can tell, at least.
Naw the auto bans are site wide. If you have a few of the auto bans it permas you. As he mentioned the auto bans trigger on non rule breaking comments mostly in relation to the idea of violence. And the appeals process is absolute shit. I said something like “you can’t just punch a person in the face if you don’t like what they say” and got the auto ban (and perma because I had been banned before for similar). I appealed and got a response saying it had been reviewed and my comment was not rule breaking. My perma ban didn’t go away and so I appealed again and my ban request got denied even though the reason for my ban was overturned. Reddit just wants happy positive and capitalism promoting content tbh.
Actually worse - you don’t do it in the system settings anymore. You have to run a terminal command to dequarantine it. On windows you just have to click see more and accept the risk (or similar). Mac made it way more painful with no prompt to even show you how to do it - and it sort of acts like the app is broken rather than telling you it’s even a security protection.
