Looks like the style of wilq (they used to publish on www[.]wilq[.]pl, sadly the domain hosts something else now). Here I found a blog post with some more examples of this artist https://maaagdalenka.blogspot.com/...

Sexual conflict over the donation of a nutritious seminal gift - such an astounding phrase coming from the article about the species https://www.cell.com/...

In Poland we had a bus no 666 riding along the coast of Baltic sea to the city of Hel. It was quite an attraction to tourists to take a "bus to Hel" and people with at least a bit of sense of humour liked the diabolic touch to the line number. Sadly, after some backlash from religious people the operator was forced to change the number two years ago. They chose to change it to 669.

Well, I forgot to mention I am truly impressed by your list.

POL-on and RAD-on are quite specialized pieces of software that even in Poland aren't known very well. And the names come from polish words without "-ium", so they could not not pop up in english search results. Surely there are more niche pieces neither of us stand a chance to find easily

We don't know from this excerpt if the control group was mice eating different kind of oil or just less oil at all.

I really appreciate mapy.com. They are european (Czech) company. Outside of Czech Republic they base on OSM and have very pretty and useful rendering of "outdoor" map, especially with hiking trails and point of interests almost like on paper map.

They also have their own system of posting images and commenting and have some noticable community, yet much smaller than on google. You can also contribute to map content, yet I am not sure if they contribute upstream to OSM.

The killer-paid-feature for me is vector offline maps in the "outdoor" flavor, which saved me many times on trips with poor internet coverage.

I hope they survive long before someone buys and enshittifies them.
