I trusted you, Goddess. I could have hung up my laundry indoors last night, but I remembered your comment saying today was going to be 18 degrees. So I waited and hung out my stuff on the line this mroning and it dried perfectly throughout the day. So - thanks! I'm glad I held off instead of having clothes cram up my house. Cheers!

Apparently the Melbourne subreddit has been banned for "violating the Reddit rules"? Huh...

(vent)

Stayed late at work by accident and busted my hump trying to catch my "backup" bus that gets me home relatively early. Waited here since the PTV app said "arriving in 5 minutes" then it counted down and said "Now" for about two minutes, then ticked over to 21 minutes. No bus went by in either direction.

Also this bus stop I'm at doesn't have a bench or anything.

Oh, I just remembered I missed my normal bus to work this morning, too. Looks like I've got a case of the Mondays!

That's not a cycle.

[update] The 7:00 bus arrived at 7:14 with nobody on it (apart from the driver). I don't know if he'll make it to the train station in time for me to catch the 7:16 connecting train...

I tend to avoid posting negative comments so... thanks for listening.

Can I offer you a nice egg in this trying time?

Bro, its my brithday tomorrow too, you know

Looks like this thread might close out the day with 2x the comments of the r/Melbourne one.

Hey, I made it. Behind the times on a good thing, as is my raison of sorts, it seems. Um... hi.

It's 7:06 and the 7:00 bus is due to arrive in 8 minutes. This is the end of my story.

Burglar

I noticed that yesterday's Reddit daily thread closed with fewer than 100 comments for the first time

Honey, where are my paaaaants?

The frogurt is cursed.

The Goon Squad is out in force at Essendon right now. Avoid like the plague if you don't wanna be hassled. [edit] Ticket inspectors 🎟️ 🔎 if I'm not being clear enough.

Hard or soft shelled tacos?

In my opinion? If it's a taco, I'll stick it in my face.

If you're sick you should definitely be going to an actual people hospital

Not today unfortunately, but tomorrow is another work day! So we'll see what the future brings.

And they say robots are going to take our jobs one day
