The fact you're asking not just for user bans by moderators but also the community can ban moderators will lead to the situation where people are afraid to even moderate. Dave has the right idea here. You don't ban people for opinions even if you don't agree.

They're still making and developing this software we're using I believe, so probably best to come to terms with that. Different opinions are not "off the deep end". They have strong opinions on CCP and Russia, which not everyone will agree with.

It's important that Dave's suggestion is implemented and he's requested like-minded mods. This topic is a day old and probably 80% of the posts have the word Nazi in them for no reason. Differing opinions are good even if extreme. The comments here just describe reddit.

Completely disagree. Who decides if you're a nazi, you? Not everyone you disagree with is suddenly a nazi.
