Minetest and several others that I play regularly have already been mentioned, so I wanted to shout out a game I've been following and playing for years, waiting for their 1.0 release: FreeOrion

https://www.freeorion.org/

It's essentially a clone of the Master of Orion series, which are classics in the 4X world.

I wasn't too impressed with Jerboa when I first installed it, but after their latest update, the UI/UX is much improved.

Ugh yeah the official app for Reddit is so bad... I went from using RIF every time I had any time to spare to maybe opening Reddit once a day for a few minutes.

With intention! 😉

I absolutely support all of the recommendations that were mentioned in that article. It's been far too long coming.

The versatile -verse; the versaverse!

I've used a repurposed full size ThinkCentre for several years now; it regularly hits uptimes approaching a year before I inevitably reboot for updates. Stock power supply too!

It's on it's second major version of OpenMediaVault; software RAID. Running Plex, file shares, and it used to run Resilio Sync too.

Well if the courts basically already said that the legislature gets to decide, it seems like this challenge has no leg to stand on...

Lol

You could determine which XEPs to support...? Also, the usual benefits of hosting your own services. But neither is really a strong selling point IMHO.

That seems... Not great.
