Green roofs have a huge list of benefits.

1. They keep the place better insulated, both warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
2. They help reduce local air temperature, particularly in cities, by reducing reflected sunlight / radiation.
3. You can farm animals on them(see https://oldcountrymarket.com/ )
4. You can have a rooftop garden and bee colonies. See the western half of Vancouver BCs Convention Center. Where they maintain a wildflower garden and beehives on the roof of the building and the chefs inside the building harvest honey from the beehives. ( https://www.greenroofs.com/... )

Only fault of the realtor is they didnt get the place landscaped prior to the photo.

We, the Uvalde police department, stand with the community.

Specifically, we stand behind you in case there is any danger in front of us so we don't have to risk anything.

1. One of the points of the books is that the laws were inherently flawed.

2. Given that we're talking about a Google product, you might have more success asking if they're bound by the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition?

The democrats after the GOP add a whole ton of riders to it to make it a poison pill.

Why would anyone in 2024 honestly switch to google products.

They are worse than microsoft, and that takes effort.

"I'm extra sorry that our lawyer got back to me and said the previous wording we did around the 'all future DLC inclusion' was legally binding and we'd get the pants sued off of us unless we changed course."

That gap has flipped. Bing never told me to put glue on pizza or to jump off a bridge if depressed.

It reeks of a consultant who sold upper management via a gated demo.

She is emotionally abusing you.

1. She needs therapy.
2. If she doesnt get therapy, sadly, the relationship needs to end. In this situation, be prepared to get a restraining order.

Ksp2 is the saddest thing about that.

They might be using it how Tesla markets it.

In the comments its not just chrome that is affected.

Its apparently all Chromium browsers.

No, hes abusing her trust.
You can just ask and reciprocate.

Ears are wrong since they suggest directional ears, but we don't have the muscle, or critically the ligament attachment points on the skull, for that.

As far as claws go, again, no marks of strong cartilege / ligament / bed on the fingers and toes that would indicate functional claws.

Nipples: the smoking gun would be a pregnant woman or an infant, but theyd be able to see that unlike rodents, humans arent having more than two babies at a time outside of extremely rare cases, more than two babies just dont have room to fully gestate, so theyd likely cut that number down.

Fur: the sheer amount of plastic clothing we've generated will put that to rest fast.

Whiskers: There would be ligament attachment marks on the skull where the muscles used to move them would have been. Also maybe blood vessel/neuron marks on the bones.

Also the almost complete lack of snout would indicate heavy hand usage and not diving into things headfirst like rodents and cats have to.

Its not one per trigger pull, since the action of the machine results in another round firing unless you move your finger off the trigger.

Fun fact on Sony:

Warframe, regardless of what you think of Digital Extremes, had cross platform play pushed last year out, more recently cross platform save too. Both worked out of the gate when launched, they did their homework.

At its inception, each platform had its own little icon beside the player name to indicate what device they were on.

Sony took a look at the system and apparently freaked out that there was the potential of a PS player losing a PvP match to an Xbox or Switch player and demanded via legal threats that it be changed immediately.

MS didn't seem to care and I think Nintendo was just amazed a half decent looking game with as many mechanics as Warframe can run on the Switch.

So now, players can see who is on their platform, and a universal icon if they aren't.

But Google is crap now for searching.

Hell, starcraft created the concept of a professional gamer being a thing. To say that RTS games dont have popular appeal is just outright wrong.

3D isnt a bad thing though, C&C Generals did it fantastically.

MBAs who contract dev work out to India to make a quick buck without realizing how bad the code they're going to get back usually is.

Shoutout to Raj the QA lead I worked with in India though. That dude's team was thorough.

Doesnt really change the joke.
