Public parks, hiking, lots of museums have free or discounted days, beaches or lakes, you can cook a meal for your date which is both a Chad move and cost effective, Even Netflix and chill is pretty cheap. Not every date has to be an expensive restaurant or movie outing. Hell, putt putt golf is cheap if you and your date like somewhat corny. I know I do.
