today was the first time I forgot if I was browsing reddit or lemmy. its so good to be back on sync

yeah. this is from when reddit started moon on r/cryptocurrency

i really don't care about degoogling trusting some random ass company and their VPN.

it's wrong answer actually based on user comments it scraped since it was a trending news when they changed code of conduct. news were actually fake and about 99 percent internet users are it up. in reality they didn't remove the "don't be evil". they moved it from top of the code of conduct to end of the code of conduct.

they have created the culture of superiority. a posh product for our shallow acquaintances. it's a great filter test actually.

I like that it doesn't have karma. reddit has been deteriorating since 2016 2017. karma farming bots have increased in size so much. quality had dropped too much. I have been discussing about this with many friends since long and was trying to find alternative. I love that this decision has given enough momentum to federated spaces. now we will have some quality content and discussion without platform owner's vested interests

I am this close to go all linux, Microsoft. don't tempt me. only thing that make use windows is gaming and that too is slipping away because of steam

i will stop adding lol immediately fr fr. no cap.

instead of urethra if there was penis results would have been a lot different

it's such a stupid thing. like reddit is not earning anything anyway if I am going there only for porn. like advertisers are not going to put ads in NSFW subs anyway. what's the point of this change

what do you expect from the name "test kitchen"

after using wef wef I think we are ready for web based apps. we shouldn't be in walled garden. i didn't know web apps can be this smooth.

first i thought i watching YouTube

i really like it without the bots. what worries me is that with influx of users eventually bots will arrive. but hopefully without karma system atleast karmafarming bots won't materialise

humidity has spiked markedly this season. it was never this sticky before. last year winter was almost non existent. we are fucked. guess I lived through nineties atleast. and 2000's I will cherish those two decades.

i remember how 2016 elections fucked up reddit forever. let's wish this election doesn't do the same to the lemmy

never seen ads on photos !

that's that's ron weasley
